Self-Realization Fellowship Hong Kong

Self Realization Fellowship
SRF is a worldwide non-profit religious organization founded in 1920 by Paramahansa Yogananda , author of the spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi, (now available in traditional and simplified Chinese text) for the purpose of disseminating the teachings of Kriya Yoga, a sacred spiritual science that originated with great masters millenniums ago in India, for attaining direct personal experience of God. To that end, he encouraged and established the formation of small informal groups and centers all over the world to create “hives filled with the honey of God-realization”. In India, Paramahansaji’s work is known as Yogoda Satsanga Society of India (YSS). Today, devotees in countries all over the world have been drawn to this path and his Autobiography of a Yogi and other books have been translated into several languages. Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons written by Paramahansa Yogananda is a series of home study lessons on Kriya Yoga and techniques of energization, concentration and meditation he taught. Learn to Meditate
"Meditate so deeply and so ardently every day that you feel God and know that He is real and not just a figment of your imagination. The Lord is true! Perceive Him in Spirit, and then you will be able to see Him in every form.” Paramahansa Yogananda

Make the effort to please God first. It is impossible to please all. I try never to displease anybody. I do my best and that is all I can do. My first aim is to please God. I use my hands to pray in adoration before Him, my feet to seek Him everywhere, my mind to think of Him as always present. Every throne of thought must be occupied by God- God as peace, God as love, God as kindness, God as understanding, God as compassion, God as wisdom. This is the only thing that I have come to tell you. Naught else. - Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda, "Man's Eternal Quest"
